I wanted to write in about how thankful I am of Dan Della Terza and Shi (operator id: WXH). Dan is a regular on the cable forums I read, and is always helpful assisting with technical issues and helping out with peoples questions. He's been a great resource since he joined the forums. Shi was a huge factor for me turning down a very competitive offer I received from an other cable company. She was helped get me on to the right package for an unbeatable price. Hats off to both of them, as they both go the extra mile with customer service!
WOW!!!! I can't begin to tell you of the outstanding customer service we have recieved from Ronna Green EA3. We have literally been thru a nightmare and thru Ronnas tireless persistance we will hopefully be a loyal WOW customer. It all started when Time Warner whom we have been with at least 15 years refused to give us any break on our bill even though they were offering new customers better deals. I recently switched back to WOW and during the install, the tech (Shawn B.) did a wonderful job but ran into a slight problem with the DVR. He said his supervisor would be by later in the day to finish. Around 6:30pm, I called WOW and asked if somebody was really going to stop by (considering how late it was) and they assured me that somebody would indeed be coming by. Recently my trusty Tivo Series 2 died. Well, actually my drive crashed. I could have replaced it but I wanted a new TiVo so I told the wife it was fatal. I picked up a used Series 3 HD for $65 and bought a 2TB hard drive. After 3 days of reading and playing with Linux core I was able to get the full 2TB to show. So I now have 2777 hours of TiVo glory. I have to tell you that your service has always been your strongest part of your company. Marc #2014 and Dave #2107 just left my house and after a really long day, they were as nice as can be. Mind you it's, 8:15 on a Tuesday night with no complaint and very good at problem solving. patty nicpon
I have had WOW! for 8+ years. I had to get Time Warner Cable in my home office for work and it made me appreciate my WOW! so much more. He walked in my house with out footies and got mud on my floor. He never once took the time to introduce himself or even be courteous. The few times I had WOW! here I was so impressed with their courtesy, service and respect. Thanks WOW!

When we first moved into our home in 1998, I had called Comcast to hook up service. They brought me a recycled converter box that was scratched and really looked bad. When I asked for a "new" box, they said they did not have any and I would have to accept what they had to offer... but would have the guy check his truck for a newer looking one, which he didn't find one.
