We are between addresses and it was too easy to transition to IL using Comcast.  However, we are moving into a new place in 1 week and my wife and I are already excited to switch over to WOW.  I have been a WOW customer in Ohio and cannot wait to be one again.  Comcast customer service is lacking in many respects and they are not very customer focused in my opinion as compared to WOW.  Just look at the company websites and it says it all&#8230;..WOW is here for you, the customer, and are just as concerned with your experience as they are with providing a service.  See you in 1 week!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>WOW!!!!  I can&#8217;t begin to tell you of the outstanding customer service we have recieved from Ronna Green EA3.  We have literally been thru a nightmare and thru Ronnas tireless persistance we will hopefully be a loyal WOW customer.  It all started when Time Warner whom we have been with at least 15 years refused to give us any break on our bill even though they were offering new customers better deals.  I started looking to cut our bill and decided to try Magic Jack to cut out the phone service part of our bill, what a mistake!!!  Not only did they slam us but held our phone number we have had for 21 years but held it hostage refusing to tell us where they had ported it to.  We have spent many hours on line with people that did not speak english, and I am not exagerating when I say hours.  After contacting Time Warner and explaining and asking for their help of which I got&#8230;&#8221;you don&#8217;t have service with us&#8221; I called and spoke with WOW.  What professional service&#8230;not only did they beat TWs price Ronna went far and above what was expected to find our number and get us scheduled as soon as was possible.  THis is the kind of person that needs to be training and managing your customer service reps!!  This is how a business grows and prospers.  I was to say the least frustrated and angry that I couldn&#8217;t get anywhere, she put humor and inspriration in every conversation, each time I heard her voice I knew she would have an answer of some sort, instead of the people at Time Warner who passed the buck saying you no longer have service with us we can&#8217;t help you.  Well I&#8217;m glad because WOW did help and they will have our loyal business for years to come.  Ronna we can&#8217;t thank you enough, the old saying is true&#8230;..You don&#8217;t know who your friends are till your down and need help&#8230;..Thanks again for being our friend and helping us out!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I am very pleased with the work of Ryan (ID:WUQ). He stayed with me to guide me with resolving a problem with a digital adapter. While we were waiting to make sure that the problem was resolved until we got the replacement DTA. He was very patient in answering all of my questions about various aspects of our service, including the upcoming Ultra TV system. He even added me to a list to personally contact me with more information about it as it becomes available. Also, he checked on a billing question I had and also happily went to his supervisor when I had a question that he couldn&#8217;t answer alone. He was incredibly friendly and he was a pleasure to deal with. Yesterday, I even got an email from him to let me know that he added me to the wait list and mailing information list for Ultra TV. Now that is what I call dedicated service! </p>

He said his supervisor would be by later in the day to finish. Around 6:30pm, I called WOW and asked if somebody was really going to stop by (considering how late it was) and they assured me that somebody would indeed be coming by. Around 7:15pm, my WOW moment happened as Shawn&#8217;s supervisor showed up and got the DVR working 100%. It was nice to see that WOW promised somebody would be stopping by and delivered! (Glad to see that not everyone stops working at 5pm <img src='http://wowmoments.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  Also, I want to give a BIG thanks to WOW&#8217;s rep (Dan) who monitors dslreports.com. He has been a HUGE help to me and others that post in the WOW support forum!</p>
