a couple of months ago I could not bring up my T.V. menu. I called for service and got a great Tech who kept me on the line to correct the problem. He was so helpful and friendly that I thought of him as a friend. The 2nd call I made was for a computer problem (the graphics were blocking part of my email steps.) The tech stayed with me but it could not be corrected. He suggested that I change my browser and that did the trick. You guys are great! I would like to make a minor complaint…please correct the show times for Judge Judy as being new or reruns. I pre tape the shows that are new but the saving step has been wrong for many months. Keep up the good work.
