My son-in-law is a supervisor for one of WOW’s competitors. I’ll refer to him as Loser. He and my daughter moved into our empty apartment. The competitor offers its employees substantial savings, so Loser had his company’s cable, phone and internet installed in the apartment. My husband and I already had WOW and told Loser we did not want to change. Every time the weather changed Loser’s cable and internet went out, while my husband and I had uninterrupted service from WOW during the worst of storms.
