Yesterday, at about 10:00p.m. for the second time in about six months, I had a glitch with my cable and it needed to be re-started. I’m no kid and not very tech smart, but your tech people are so kind and helpful. Both times, they talked me through it and never made me feel stupid or talked down to me. I’ll never switch. Having WOW as my communications company is wonderful! The products work and if there are any problems, the service is first rate! I’m not surprised that you won those awards. I feel sorry for my relatives who don’t have the option of choosing WOW and do nothing but complain about their internet or cable providers. Thank you, WOW!
