I am very pleased with the work of Ryan (ID:WUQ). He stayed with me to guide me with resolving a problem with a digital adapter. While we were waiting to make sure that the problem was resolved until we got the replacement DTA. He was very patient in answering all of my questions about various aspects of our service, including the upcoming Ultra TV system. He even added me to a list to personally contact me with more information about it as it becomes available. Also, he checked on a billing question I had and also happily went to his supervisor when I had a question that he couldn’t answer alone. He was incredibly friendly and he was a pleasure to deal with. Yesterday, I even got an email from him to let me know that he added me to the wait list and mailing information list for Ultra TV. Now that is what I call dedicated service!
