I had been experiencing intermittent problems with the phone/internet portion of the bundle package for some time. My handicapped husband is quite dependent upon these features. When contacting WOW the problem was undetectable via phone contact as the system was operating sufficiently during contact times and they suspected the modem. They had me contact them again when the system was malfunctioning which I did. They could then see what I was experiencing and immediately sent a service repairman (#7406) to which I am eternally grateful. He was prompt, knowledgable and determined I had poor signal although it never affected the cable service. He determined a separate cable access closer to the power source was necessary. He replaced my modem and returned the next morning to completely install the needed wiring/box and now I realize the internet service is even better than I ever had it. He was determined to get to the bottom of the problem and has made my life as a caretaker much more relaxed knowing my husband can get help quickly if I am not in the home. Thank you WOW for employing such considerate and efficient technicians.
