My WOW moment is actually a series of moments. The first WOW moment is when the WOW representative showed up at my house in person within 20 minutes of calling to discuss switching cable provideers. 20 minutes – WOW. The next WOW moment was a couple of days after having the service I had question on setting up something on one of my cable boxes. I called WOW supplort and reached a live person (not a recording like the other guys have) immediately. The representative was very pleasant and knowledgeable and took care of my request without having to wait – WOW. Finally, I had my cable installed during the winter and the cable to my house could not be buried as the ground was frozen. After the ground thawed a bit I sent a note to WOW and asked to have my cable buried. The very next day I came home and was absolutely surprised that WOW had come out buried the cable. Prompt service delivered with only a single email request – WOW. Perhaps I had just become used to the level of service provided by the other guys but I can tell you that I have been absolutely thrilled with WOW from both a pricing and service perspective. My only regret is that I hadn’t switched to WOW sooner.
